The Lake Panorama Association Security Department is a 24/7 operation, providing many valuable services to the LPA community both on land and water. Denny Merritt, who has been the LPA security chief for more than 11 years, is retiring September 30. Taking Merritt’s place is Jerry Armstrong, who has the distinction of being Lake Panorama’s first security officer in 1969 for one year. For the past 10 years, he has worked the LPA security night shift full-time.
